Stentech's measuring equipment is accurate to 0.00020" anywhere on the measuring stage. Incorporating magnification from 150X to 750X, the x, y, and z axes can be measured. The equipment features both top and bottom illumination. The intuitive software makes programming easy and produces simple, accurate reports.

Stentech's quality control process is designed to provide for quality control inspection at each station throughout the production process. Accountability and responsibility are implicit to each staff member through the production process. Team members must sign off at each station before any products move on to the next process. This effectively eliminates errors and reduces re-work.
